Excellence of Logistics Pioneers in the Kingdom
We have amazing women in the sector that are spotlighting their personal experiences in a field that is heavily dominated by men for our March 2024 issue.
First off, the first industry of the economy to use humanoid robots may be warehouses. We hear more from Ash Sharma, Managing Director of Interact Analysis.
Subsequently, we have an interview with Prashant Saran, Director of Operations at Amazon MENA, who covers Amazon’s strategies and preparations for Ramadan.
Emphasising the role that women play in the most commonly known to be a male dominant sector, we have brought forward Dr. Shereen Nasar, Global Director of Logistics Studies and Director of the MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management Suite at Heriot-Watt University Dubai, to discuss how women are shattering prejudices in the industry.
We also speak with the following people about it: Jacqueline Han Lin Ni, Area Manager at Etihad Cargo; Anupa Karki, C&F Supervisor at Global Shipping and Logistics; Maria Dos Santos, Manager-Air Services at Modern Freight Company; Sue Donoghue, Country Manager of DHL Global Forwarding KSA; and Sruthi Venkateswaran, Operations Manager at Transcorp International.
Lastly, we present the winners of the Logistics & Transport KSA Awards 2024, which were held at Voco Riyadh in March of this year.
